1 tble sp olive oil
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp tumeric
Pinch of chilli powder
Sea salt to season
Wash your pumpkin seeds to remove any bits of flesh.
In a bowl, stir together oil and spices.
Drain the seeds and mix with the oil until coated.
Spread on a baking tray in a single layer.
If still damp, turn off the oven and leave inside.
When dry and cooled, seal in an air tight container.
