Make a sponge mixture. A 3 egg mixture makes approx 16 cakes.
Divide the mixture into the ice cream cups. Fill two thirds full.
Bake in a preheated oven, but not too close to the top. 20-25 minutes at Gas 4 for mine.
Decorate with butter cream and hopefully a little person will say 'Oh Wow!' when they open the tin.
