1 tsp sea salt
1 tbl sp oil (rapeseed, olive, sunflower, vegetable)
150ml warm water
Sift flour and salt into a bowl. Add the oil to the warm water. Pour the liquid into the flour while stirring well to form a sticky dough.
Roll the dough into a sausage shape and cut into eight. Roll each piece into a ball then roll out to 2-3mm thick on a well floured work surface.
Cook for one/two minutes until the edges start to lift, then flip. There should be dark brown patched. The second side will cook quicker.
