375g caster sugar
4 large eggs
75g cocoa powder
100g self raising flour (I used wheat free self raising flour for this batch)
100g chocolate chips ( I used a block of white chocolate cut into pieces)
Preheat the oven to gas 4. Line a 12 in x 9 in tin with baking paper, if your tin is a slightly different size, don't worry, mine is 13 in x 9 in.
If your butter is straight out of the fridge, cut it into pieces and warm in the microwave until soft, 15-20 seconds. Beat the caster sugar, eggs, cocoa and flour into the butter. Stir in the chocolate pieces.
