250g margarine
2 eggs
250g caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
90g self raising flour (wheat free works well in this recipe)
250g plain chocolate chips

This is the sort of brownie you have to eat with a spoon as it's too gooey to pick up with your fingers.
Line the base of a 9 x 13in roasting tin, then grease the tin.
Put the chocolate and margarine in a bowl and place over a simmering saucepan of water.
Beat together the eggs, sugar and vanilla.
